Lewistown Hospital offers many ways to donate through our ongoing campaigns such as Friends of Lewistown Hospital Legacy Endowment Fund, Radiation Therapy Patients in Need Fund, and the Lewistown Hospital School of Nursing Scholarships. Every donation you make can also be a tribute to someone you want to honor, memorialize, or thank.
Please note that several of our campaigns such as Family Footsteps and Cornerstone Garden have printable forms (pdf version) that need to be completed and returned in addition to the donation. Please review each of these campaigns individually for more information.
