The birth of a baby is a time of great joy and pride. Family members are always eager to let the world know about the new arrival.
Our Family Footsteps program offers parents and grandparents, friends and family members, a unique way to commemorate the addition of a new family member, and at the same time, support The Family Place of Lewistown Hospital. All proceeds benefit the mothers and babies of The Family Place.
For a donation of $75.00*, you may honor your special newborn.
A beautifully crafted 3-1/8" diameter medallion made especially for your newborn is displayed on the wall in The Family Place, located on the 6th floor of Lewistown Hospital. You will be notified when the medallion is delivered and ready for mounting on the wall.
A duplicate medallion is made for you to keep. Additional medallions are available for $40.00.
Anyone born in Lewistown Hospital can participate for a contribution of $75.00*. Simply supply a copy of the baby's footprint along with a check and the attached information form. If a footprint is not provided, we will use a stock footprint.
