Lewistown Hospital inpatient behavioral health services provide comprehensive and confidential mental health services including:
- 14 bed adult unit
- a team of skilled and caring medical personnel (doctors, nurses, aides, case managers)
- daily therapy sessions
- highly effective patient and family education (diagnoses)
- after care planning
- individual case management
Patients are admitted to the inpatient unit after evaluation in the emergency department, an outpatient behavioral health center, or by a private doctor. People who are in a mental health crisis or who are worried about a loved one are encouraged to call the 24 hour crisis line at (800) 929-9583.
