Employee Select Plan (ESP) Insurance Options
Insurance option premium costs are shared by the employers and the employee. Costs can vary based upon the option selected and the employee's status.
Coverage under the ESP plan is effective the first of the month coinciding with or following the employment date unless noted otherwise.
